English Pale AleBrown's English Pale is not simply the sum of its ingredients. Rather than being simply malt or hop-forward, it offers a delicate balance of fruity yeast, bready and toffee-like malt sweetness, earthy and floral hop flavor, all rounded out by a subtle "mineral-ly" water base. As a Pale Ale, the hops play a large role, and thus it is both present in the bitterness (Fuggle hops), as well as in the flavor and aroma through dry hopping. Medium bodied and garnet in color, this beer pairs very well with fish and chips, and fruity desserts.
Fuggle Hops; Two Row Pale, Caramel Malts

WeizenbockWeizenbock’s rarity is only one of the many alluring qualities of this sturdy seasonal brew. We take this rarity further than other breweries by using both hefeweizen and lager yeast in our special rendition. A cool fermentation gives it a clean malty lager profile and pear and clove notes characteristic of a hefeweizen. It is in essence a stronger dunkelweizen that pairs perfectly with our region’s delicious fall bounty.
Saaz Hops; Munich, Wheat, Caramel, Midnight Wheat, Extra Special, Chocolate
Brewers' Reserve SoursThis exciting series of small batch, barrel-aged sour beers releases periodically throughout the year and features a wide variety of different, less conventional ingredients.
