Gail

Gail is a blend of bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stouts (aged between 6-10 months) with a "young" batch, aged 3 months in stainless. A stout first, this beer displays all the classic roasted tones to balance the additions of cacao nibs, chocolate syrup, Madagascar vanilla beans, and sel gris sea salt. Baker's chocolate and subtle coconut in the aroma, opening for more depth of cocoa, vanilla, and marzipan on the palate. We chose sel gris sea salt to further bolster the body and embellish the overall flavor profile.

Pair alongside a savory steak with Gorgonzola or Stilton. Enjoy.
