Kakamora

Kakamora is an iteration of Knuckles, our bourbon barrel aged Export Stout. Brewed with molasses, Kakamora is further aged an additional three months in oak. It spends a final month on a mountain of coconut, toasted in house. The sweetness of the coconut balances the intense roast of the style. The name Kakamora originates with a mythical creature thought to inhabit the islands of Southeast Asia.
