Every day since 1993, four simple ingredients from the earth have humbled and inspired us to craft excellent fresh beer. OATMEAL STOUTEngaging, dark, and bold, our ever popular ode to the classic English Stout earned Brown’s the prestigious gold medal at the World Beer Cup but that hasn’t prevented us from refining this defining brew into an approachable easy to drink, rich, and silky smooth glass of pure deliciousness. CHERRY RAZZTart and sassy like its name, this Amber Ale features a generous amount of whole crushed cherries and raspberries balancing a sweet malt forward character and a slight hop zest. For a fervently dedicated fan base, this beer is an elegant tradition for many nights out. BROWN ALEA nod to English brewing tradition, our Brown Ale hits all the classic notes by using open fermentation to impart subtle fruitiness while maintaining smooth malty flavors. UNCOMMON PORTERDark and seductive, we woke up our earthy hopped London classic with a blend of three different freshly roasted coffee beans, and added a hint of vanilla. The high-gravity small batch beers released within Brown's Revolution Series reflect our company's mission of undaunted resolve for constant innovation.
DOUBLE OATMEAL STOUTOur first in our Revolution Series is aged on cacao nibs with a touch of vanilla and a hint of coffee. BURST IPABurst IPA is an American East Coast IPA with a global taste profile. Copious amounts of summer sweet delicious Valencia Orange zest (66 pounds per batch!) blended with an English Ale yeast gives this IPA maximum hop flavor and aroma without being overly bitter. BLACK CURRENT BLUSHThis rosé inspired wheat beer was conditioned on grape skins from Altamont Vineyard and Winery’s rosé blend for a short period of time, then transferred onto black currant purée for a third fermentation.

HIGHWAY ROBBERYThis sour saison was brewed with house cultures from Brown’s as well as our friends at Highway Manor in PA. This is a blend of young saison and aged sour beer. The saison portion is mildly spiced with ginger, cardamom and grains of paradise, while the barrel aged portion contributes a clean, tart mouthfeel.

KING LEOPOLD'S GHOSTBelgian-style Grand Cru aged in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels for 5 months. Dark fruit, caramel, and boozy decadence.

KNUCKLESExport stout aged in bourbon barrels for 6 months. Notes of molasses, vanilla, dark roast and subtle smoke. Served on nitro.

A line of barrel aged sour beers featuring a variety of different, less conventional ingredients.
BREWERS' RESERVE SOUR #4Partially barrel-fermented and blended from three separate brews, this sour layers fruity-floral notes of chamomile with tones of honey and vanilla. Wild yeast adds tropical notes and the earthy Brett "funk."

BREWERS' RESERVE SOUR #5A blend of four different base beers, some fermented in and all aged in oak barrels, conditioned on grapefruit juice, zest and three varieties of mint
