Meet Goat Gilly

"She was as wide as she was tall" said Garry Brown describing his goat Gilly. With a line like that we just had to name our bock beer, Meet Goat Gilly. We've taken Gilly, our traditional German Bock, and brought up the ABV to 7% so it falls between a standard Bock and Dopplebock, because who couldn't use a little extra alcohol at the moment? Strong and robust with a hefty malt backbone reminiscent of caramel, toffee, and red licorice, this seasonal offering will keep you warm through the cold months to come. Let us raise a glass to toast the end of 2020.
