#Vote is the latest iteration in our rotating series of IPAs.  Brewed with a blend of Southern Cross, El Dorado, and New York State grown Cashmere and Neo1 hops in true New England IPA fashion for a hazy, silky smooth, slightly sweet, and not aggressively bitter IPA.  Neo1, the showcase hop of this IPA, is a distinct crossbreed with Neomexicanus, a subspecies of hops native to North America and originally discovered in New Mexico.  It displays notes of bright lemon and citrus with the supporting hops bringing mango and apricot to the table.  Traditionally lacking nearly entirely in bite, this NEIPA has a bit of bitterness to back up the malt sweetness, because who isn't feeling a little bitter these days?
