Dark Times

One of the interesting opportunities of COVID is that we were afforded the time to make some beers that we otherwise wouldn't have been able to craft. We took the opportunity to make a variety of Imperial Stouts, two of which were blended together along with Madagascar Vanilla Beans and Guatemalan Coffee to create Dark Times. Robust and roasty, yet deceptively smooth; we taste dark chocolate, buckwheat honey, molasses, and a hint of cherry brandy. As with all of our bottled beers, Dark Times is naturally carbonated in the bottle. Cheers!
