Pale Ale, finally

What took us so long?!  There was a time when New York State was an epicenter of hop and grain production.  Spurred by recent legislation to renew some of that spirit in our burgeoning craft beer industry, breweries have been working with local farms and malt houses.  It's been a long road.  Advances in technology and scale in the Western hop farms and Midwestern fields and malthouses have made it difficult for small scale startups to compete, and adapting tried and true farming practices to the New York climate brings its own challenges.  However, it was an investment.  An investment in our neighbors and our neighbors investment in us, and it is coming to term.

For the 16oz can version of Pale Ale and having partnered with 1886 Malt House and the New York Hop Guild, we are now proud to present our original Pale Ale as made with 100% New York malt and hops.  This beer has evolved with us, to stand up to the quality it should represent.  It has evolved with our trusted farmers and maltsters, to show them respect for their hard work and determination, and it has evolved with you, whom we trust to tell us if we got it right.

12oz cans of Pale Ale will be available later this week in our taprooms. The 100% NY hops and malt 16oz cans will be available next week in our taprooms.
